This blue RJ45 boot is a slide-on, snag-resistant strain relief boot for RJ45 / 8P8C modular plugs. It is used with Cat5e and Cat6 Ethernet patch cables in indoor LAN, patch panel, network cabinet, office and data cabling applications. The boot helps protect the RJ45 plug latch and provides cable strain relief. Slide the boot onto the cable before crimping the RJ45 plug. It suits cable outside diameters from 5.5 mm to 6.5 mm and is supplied as a single item.
